Why and How to Read the Bible

Understand there are multiple meanings, compliment reading with church lessons, etc. Read to learn, to better understand teachings in Church, etc... Also to avoid falling for traps from those who use it for their own gains or who can lead people astray by changing a few words or its meaning in context, etc. From false teachers to politicians to others (ex: Isaac did not know he was going to be sacrificed, Abraham did though, which changes the meaning of Eid and conveniently leads to the message of preparing to die instead of the original meaning on submission to God and defeat of the devil. As a very recent example by a politician who changed a fact from the Bible (from Isaac didn't know he was being sacrificed to Isaac knew he was going to be sacrificed) and used it for his own purpose and message (for the people to prepare to sacrifice themselves knowingly)).
